Gum - Algel FD 400 (Low Fat Icecream Stabilizer)

GUM - ALGEL FD 400 is used in Frozen Dessert & Low fat Ice cream. It is a rich blend of finest natural gums, emulsifier and cellulose derivative used for frozen dessert. The entire range of ingredients used is as per GRAS i.e. generally recognized as Safe for any Food products by PFA.
GUM - ALGEL FD 400 itself has a unique quality. By applying GUM - ALGEL FD 400, you will not only get all the desire properties like, Creamy Texture, melting resistance, bulkiness, but it will also enhance the flavour of the frozen dessert.
Dosage :
The proportion suggested is 0.5% to 0.7 %, maximum of total batch quantity i.e. in 10 liters of batch you will add 50 to 70 grams of GUM - ALGEL FD 400. You are advised to add GUM - ALGEL FD - 400 at around 55 – 600 C along with small quantity of sugar.
